Kyra Lambo is the AVP of National Marketing for Equity Residential. In her role, Kyra oversees the strategy and execution of all digital marketing efforts for the national portfolio of 300 communities. Her team owns the content, user experience, analytics and feature roadmap of the company’s website, which is the top lead source for all communities. She and her team also manage paid and organic search, resident portal feature enhancements, reputation management, social media, internet listing site strategy, email marketing, and display advertising.

Joya Pavesi

President - Brand & Strategic Services

Joya Pavesi is the President of Brand & Strategic Services for RKW Residential. She is a dynamic and passionate marketer with more than 17 years of multifamily marketing experience across Class A lease up, stabilized and value-add assets. In her executive role, Joya has directly contributed to RKW’s growth under eight years and across eight states from 2,000 units to 35,000 units under management and consulting in under seven years. She has played a pivotal role in RKW’s expansion into new markets, helping to grow the company’s footprint across eight states.

Under her direction, RKW’s marketing team has built an award-winning reputation management platform earning the organization Top Ten placement in the J Turner Elite ORA Rankings along with numerous community-level awards. They have also been an industry leader in the adoption of forward-thinking technologies including AI-powered virtual leasing and self-guided tours.

Prior to joining RKW, Joya worked for Greystar and Camden Property Trust. Her specialties include marketing and brand strategy, customer experience and loyalty, digital marketing, social media, and reputation management. She is recognized as an industry thought leader and conference speaker. Joya served on the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association Board of Directors and PR Committee and graduated from the Leadership Lyceum program.

Laurel Zacher

Laurel Zacher is a Fractional CMO/CXO and Marketing Strategy Consultant, and founder of LZ Strategic Consulting. She delivers executive-level marketing and CX leadership to multifamily real estate organizations and proptech innovators. With a specialization in fractional CMO/CXO services, Laurel focuses on assessing strategies, optimizing performance, and driving measurable growth. Her expertise lies in data-driven marketing, CX intelligence, and actionable solutions that differentiate brands and elevate ROI in the multifamily space. In her 20+ years experience in real estate and media, Laurel’s driven success in marketing and customer experience across portfolios valued at $16.3B+ and also currently serves on Zillow’s Rentals Advisory Board, providing strategic guidance and insights to Zillow Rentals.
